Forty-eight hour brined turkey breast seasoned with 4R herb turkey rub and smoked until golden brown. Turkey breasts are ready to be sliced, serve warm or cold. Weight is approximately 7lbs, which is about 16-20 servings. Comes with a 16oz bottle of 4R Signature sauce.
