Our low and slow Angus beef brisket is wet-aged for 30 days, seasoned with 4R Brisket Rub and smoked for 18 hours. Our signature brisket is about 8 pounds and approximately 22-26 servings. Comes with a 16oz bottle of 4R Signature sauce.
